Returns policy
If you believe that the product you have received is faulty, contact us via the email: customerservice@2bclothing.co.uk within 14 days of the delivery date (specify why the product is faulty and attach images)
Once we have got back to you and confirmed that the product is faulty, post the product back to us using the same courier you received it with (be sure to obtain proof of postage.) Once we have inspected the product, a refund will be arranged.
Before purchasing from us, please refer to the size guides as return delivery costs will not be refunded if there is a sizing issue. In order for an item to be eligible for a return, it must be sent back in an unworn condition and within 14 days of the delivery date.
